Quest Development Group is the owner, developer and general contractor of The Westbrook™, 34-unit mixed-used complex in the Auburn-Gresham community.  The Westbrook™ was a partially abandoned building in deplorable condition.  The building was transformed by an award-winning renovation and restoration, which cost $570,000.  The occupancy rate is 95 percent.  Initial gross income was $210,000 per annum, resulting in a 31 percent return on equity.
